Welcome to Integrate. These Terms of Use govern your access to and participation in our website, events, and community. By using our site or attending an experience, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Integrate

​

Integrate is a UAE-based organisation that curates and hosts social experiences for adults. Events may be led directly by us or in collaboration with partners. We aim to deliver inclusive, enriching, and safe events in Abu Dhabi and beyond.

2. Eligibility
 

You must be 20+ to register for or attend any Integrate event. By participating, you confirm this.
 

3. Bookings, Payments & Refund Policy

3.1 All sales are final. Bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.

3.2 No credits or changes. Integrate does not issue credits or permit transfers unless outlined under “Weather & Force Majeure.”

3.3 Weather & Force Majeure. If we must cancel or postpone due to weather, safety risks, or force majeure events, you will receive a non-transferable credit valid for 12 months, redeemable for future Integrate-hosted events.

3.4 Event Cancellation by Integrate. In cases where no reschedule is offered, you’ll receive a non-transferable credit; cash refunds are not offered unless required by law.

3.5 No-shows. Missing an event without notice disqualifies you from refunds or credits.

​

3.6 Participant Responsibility. You are responsible for reviewing the event description, physical requirements, and suitability.

3.7 Minimum Registrations. If we cancel due to low sign-ups, you’ll receive a non-transferable credit valid for 12 months.
 

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending an event, you accept:

• Risks of injury, illness, or emotional distress

• That emergency medical help may not be immediately available

• Full personal responsibility for your participation

• That Integrate is not liable for injury, damage, or loss, except as required by law
   

5. Behaviour & Community Conduct
 

• Be respectful to all guests and hosts

• No harassment or inappropriate conduct

• Follow the instructions of event organisers

• Integrate may remove any participant who breaches these terms, without refund
   

6. Readiness for Participation
 

You confirm you are fit and able to safely take part in the activities you register for. If uncertain, ask us before booking.

7. Medical Emergencies

You consent to emergency medical care if needed and agree to cover any associated costs.

8. Insurance Responsibility

Integrate does not provide personal insurance. You are encouraged to maintain suitable health and travel insurance.

9. Image Use & Media Consent
 

You grant permission for Integrate to use your image or likeness in promotional content unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding belong to Integrate. You may not reuse or distribute them without permission.

12. Modifications to Services

We may update or modify events, experiences, or online services at any time without liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution. Contact us first to resolve any concerns before taking legal action.

13.2 Jurisdiction. If needed, legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
 

14. Legal Framework

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes unresolved through informal channels will be subject to UAE civil procedures.

15. User Contributions

By sharing content (photos, reviews, etc.), you grant Integrate a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in promotional or operational contexts. You remain responsible for any content you upload or share.
 

16. Account Use
 

If you create an account with us, you agree to keep your details secure and accurate. You're responsible for anything done using your account.
 

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access or remove users from events or our site for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

18. Updates to These Terms
 

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of any updates.
